Richard became Track.com's Chief Technology Officer in early 2009. In the past, he has worked at NASA Ames Research Center, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, AMD, and Quigo Technologies.

Richard received his MS in computer science and artificial intelligence from Stanford University. He received his BS in computer science, with minors in philosophy and modern Hebrew, from Georgetown University.
