Michael Golik is currently vice president of research for Track Research. Formerly, he worked at Cohen Legal Group, LLC - a boutique law firm specializing in corporate debt covenants. He has served as a legal consultant to the New York City Department of Small Business Services, where he performed risk analysis and legislative analysis. Michael received his Juris Doctor from the Duke University School of Law, where he studied corporate and financial law and held a post as the Senior Lead Editor of the Alaska Law Review (a scholarly journal surveying legal issues in the state of Alaska).
